Every engine room needs a crew.
The Admin Pro LB Partner Alliance connects nonprofits and mission-driven teams with trusted professionals for everything an engine room can’t fix alone: the books, the bylaws, the hiring, the fundraising and the tech.
Problems never travel alone.
Messy books usually trace back to missing processes. A stalled grant exposes missing records. A board dispute uncovers bylaws nobody has read since 2009. By the time a nonprofit calls for help, it rarely needs just one expert.
I don’t do bookkeeping, legal work, recruitment or fundraising, and I never will. My alliance partners don’t do operations audits, SOPs or records work. That clean line is the whole point: we send each other clients without ever competing for them, and every organization gets the right expert the first time.
How the alliance works
1. Spot the need
I find a legal, financial or people need during an Operations Audit. Or a partner spots an operations or governance gap with their client.
2. Make the introduction
We refer the client to the right expert, with the client’s consent, and always leave them free to choose.
3. Close the loop
The partner confirms the referral arrived and lets the other know how it turned out. The client gets a crew, not a scramble.

What’s in it for you
- Warm referrals. When my Operations Audit uncovers a need in your field, an alliance partner gets the first call.
- Cleaner clients. Organizations with documented processes and findable records are faster and easier to serve.
- A trusted answer. Say “I know someone” instead of “that’s not my area.”
- Bilingual reach. I can support your French- and English-speaking clients in their own language.
- Visibility. A listing on this page and mentions in my newsletter and LinkedIn content, always with your approval.
- Shared expertise. Co-hosted webinars and articles on why clean books and clean operations go hand in hand.
Five ground rules
A referral carries my name, so every partner agrees to the same five commitments.
- Stay in our lanes. We never offer each other’s core services to a referred client.
- Client first, always. A referral is a recommendation, never a condition.
- Confidentiality. Client information is shared only with the client’s consent.
- Respond quickly. Every referral is acknowledged within two business days.
- Keep it professional. Every partner is properly licensed, insured and in good standing.
Need a trusted professional?
If you’re a nonprofit, association or small business looking for a lawyer, accountant, recruiter or other specialist who understands how you work, just ask. I’ll suggest professionals from the alliance who fit your needs, your size and your language. You’re always free to choose someone else.
Questions from professionals
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There’s no membership fee and no obligation to send a set number of referrals.
Are referral fees paid?
No. The alliance is relationship-based. Many professions limit referral fees, and nonprofit boards deserve to know a recommendation is made on merit alone.
Is the alliance exclusive?
No. I may have more than one partner per profession, so clients get a choice. You’re free to belong to other networks too.
Do I need to be in Ottawa–Gatineau?
No. Partners anywhere in Canada are welcome if they can serve clients remotely. Local partners are a bonus for in-person work.
Do I need to serve nonprofits?
Nonprofit experience is a strong asset. I also serve small businesses and for-profit companies, so other experience counts too.
How are partners chosen?
Every candidate goes through a conversation covering credentials, insurance, client care, privacy and values. A referral carries my name, so I take that seriously.
Ready to join the crew?
Book a free 30-minute introductory call. We’ll talk about the clients you serve, how referrals would flow, and whether the alliance is a good fit for both of us.
No forms to fill out first. Just a conversation, and maybe a few good stories about filing cabinets.
